What stays on your device

Orbit Hockey stores your settings, chosen arena and mallet, sound preferences, tournament progress, cups, career records, achievements, and a safe checkpoint for an unfinished match locally. These records let the game remember your choices and continue your progress.

The game has no player account, publisher-operated game server, cloud-save service, or online rankings. No custom gameplay analytics are planned. This does not mean that advertising or purchase services collect no data.

Advertising and privacy choices

The intended mobile version uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for a bottom banner, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable consent and privacy choices. Ads can involve processing of an IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. The exact data and purposes depend on the SDK versions, settings, region, and consent choices.

The initial design requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's tracking permission. Advertising services can still process data to deliver and measure those ads. Where required, the mobile app will ask for privacy choices before requesting ads and provide a way to revisit those choices. The single-player game remains available when ads cannot load. Removing ads stops ad display; it does not erase data already held by third-party services.

Google explains its data practices in Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Purchases

The planned Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple or Google through Unity In-App Purchasing. The game uses product information, transaction or receipt information, and purchase status to grant or restore the entitlement. Previously confirmed ownership may be cached locally for offline use. The developer does not receive your payment-card number through the game.

Apple, Google, and the selected Unity IAP version may process purchase and technical data under their own terms. Unity IAP privacy behavior changes by version and enabled services; the final version, data categories, purposes, recipients, and retention must be confirmed before this policy is published.

Read Apple's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy, and Unity's privacy policy.

Support and this website

If you email support, the publisher and email provider receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to explain the issue.

Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and handle related follow-up. Records may be retained longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. You can ask for deletion using the contact address below.

These Orbit Hockey information pages contain no analytics, advertising scripts, account system, contact form, or browser storage. Its font and images are served locally. Cloudflare Pages hosts these information pages and may process technical requests to deliver and secure them. The studio website privacy notice explains this website processing.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local game data remains on the device until it is overwritten, cleared, or removed. Clearing app storage or deleting the app may erase progress. Operating-system backups may retain or restore app data; manage those in your device settings. The publisher cannot retrieve a local career record from a game server because there is no such server.

Store transaction records and third-party advertising data follow the relevant provider's retention policies. Deleting the game does not necessarily delete these records or cancel a completed purchase. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact the publisher using the address above so the request can be assessed and routed to the appropriate provider.

Audience and security

The intended age audience and countries are awaiting the owner's decision. Child-directed advertising, age handling, legal bases, international transfers, service providers, and any applicable parental-consent requirements must be reviewed before the mobile release.

The release must use secure transport for online service traffic and limit data processing to the purposes described here. SDK behavior and platform privacy declarations will be checked on the actual mobile builds before this draft is finalized.

Policy updates

When the game's data practices change, this policy and the store privacy disclosures will be updated. The effective date above will identify the published version. Other studio products will have their own privacy information when they are introduced.
